Cancellation policy 
▪️We realize life happens. Remember, we can still clean your home if you're away.
▪️ If you or anyone in your household is sick, please contact me. We can reschedule if possible or skip the appointment. 

Scheduling
▪️We will be coming the same weekday & roughly the same time for every appointment.

Satisfaction guarantee
▪️Everything discussed will be done to 100% of my ability. If you are not 100% satisfied please contact within 24 hours for a refund. Proof will be required. 

Miscellaneous
▪️Please tidy up any clutter prior to our appointment. 
▪️Please clean up pet accidents prior to our appointment. 
▪️ Please wash your dishes prior to our appointment.
